A: Shipping time
How does KupiKupi deliver goods?
Shipping time consists of two parts:
- We process your order----the supplier sends the goods to our warehouse (1-3 days)
- We send the goods from the warehouse to your address (5-12 days) After your payment is successful, we will contact the supplier and they will send the goods to our warehouse.
We will carefully check whether there is any problem with the quality of the goods, if not the goods will be shipped out immediately. We will send you the tracking number through which you can track the status of the package.
We guarantee the quality of our goods: if there are any color, size or other visible defects, they will be detected and dealt with immediately. We will send the goods back to the supplier for exchange, or request a refund.
Please note that sometimes the color of product images will be different due to pixel issues. We are not responsible for this situation.

Due to uncontrollable factors (such as weather, natural disasters, traffic conditions, etc.), logistics may be delayed. We will try our best to provide you with the latest logistics information and assist in solving related problems.
