1、 The normal storage period for purchasing and transporting packages on behalf of others is 90 days, calculated from the order status of "received". When the package is about to expire, you will receive an email notification from the system. However, if the package waybill is not submitted or no feedback is given after 90 days, it will be considered as giving up the goods. We will dispose of the expired goods uniformly.

2、 Abnormal packages (i.e. packages signed for by the warehouse or incomplete logistics information) have a validity period of 30 days, calculated from the order status of "signed for". As such packages cannot match the relevant orders and users, reminders cannot be given. Overdue KupiKupi will be considered as giving up storage and destruction.

1. KupiKupi is responsible for the storage and responsibility of the goods during the storage period, but the shelf life of the goods is not within the scope of storage (for example, the shelf life of perishable items is only one month).

2. The destroyed goods will no longer be prompted or notified.
